About the role
We are looking for an organised Office Administrator to support daily operations, facilities coordination, and internal communications. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a regulated enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and meeting logistics\n- Maintain records and document control hygiene\n- Support travel and calendar coordination\n- Assist with onboarding logistics for new joiners
Requirements
- 3+ years in office administration or operations support\n- Strong written English; professional stakeholder communication\n- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools\n- South African work authorization
